📎 O2 Sensor Heater B2S1, P0052 | Bad Reman PCMs | 2007 Jeep Wrangler, Dodge Durango
  • P0052 – Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
  • Daniel Lynn from IATN replaced PCM with 3 “new” computers from the dealer, one at a time, which didn’t work.  Instead of P0052, other oxygen sensor codes appeared. Problem was that the “new” PCM’s that he bought were remanufactured. Once he bought really new, not remanufactured unit, problem was fixed. Letter R on a part number means “remanufactured” Letter RL on a part number means “new”
📎 O2 Sensor, P0161 | Non-OEM O2 Sensor | 2006 Durango 4.7L
  • P0161 Bank 2 Sensor 2 heater performance.
  • Two times sensor was replaced with a Bosch part, one time with NTK. Same code. Wiring checked out good. Heater circuit worked fine, except live data showed PWM was always near 100% for that O2S2B2 Heater, while the other side went down from 100% to about 80%. OEM sensor fixed the problem.

📝 ABS Replacement | 2013 Dodge Durango
  • Didn’t require re-programming, just ABS initialization in Special Functions
  • After ABS replacement, initially had codes about VIN mismatch, tire ration programming ratio, etc.
  • After initialization, all codes disappeared, except “incorrect message from BCM”.

📝 Clearing ABS Codes | 2020 Dodge RAM Promaster
  • Had a salvage Promaster with two codes for both rear wheel speed sensors. Found and repaired few broken wires. One code became “stored”, but one still remained “active”. Disconnecting the speed sensor in question would produce slightly different code.
  • Car Needed a Test Drive!
    • After much more testing I found out, that only when you drive a little, that “active” code can become “stored” and ABS/ESC lights will turn off by themselves.

📝 ESC Traction Disabling / Re-Enabling Procedure | 2007-2011 Jeep Wrangler
    • This procedure should work on 2007-2011 Wranglers.
      • Some older Wranglers (2007, 2008) might need ABS reflash before this procedure will work.
    • 📝2011 Jeep Wrangler | Traction Light w/ no codes
      • ABS had no codes.
        • ABS sensors have been reinitialized. ABS had been re-initialized.
        • Instrument Cluster had two Traction/ESC lights on, and a message “ESCOFF”.
        • Instrument Cluster’s live data showed that “ESC feature has been disabled” as true.
          • This means that someone had disabled it.

  1. Start the car.
    • Make sure that the steering wheel is straight.
    • Set the parking brake.
    • Put Tranfer Case into 4H.
      • All instructions mention 4H, but it wouldn’t work for me; only putting it into 2H worked.
  2. Turn the steering wheel 180 degrees to the right.
    • Press and hold ESP Off button for 7 seconds.
      • After releasing the button, you should hear a single chime.
  3. Turn the steering wheel back to the center and then 180 degrees to the left.
    • Press and hold ESP Off button for 7 seconds.
      • After releasing the button, you should hear a single chime.
  4. Turn the steering wheel back to the center.
    • Press and hold ESP Off button for 7 seconds.
      • After releasing the button, you should hear a single chime.
  5. Cycle the ignition.
    • Done.

Air Suspension
  • C2212 ECU in Plant Mode
    1. System is in in-plant mode. Use a scan tool to perform “Fill From Reservoir Routine”. Choose any one shock to fill. This should take it out of the in-plant mode.
    2. Clear the C2212-00 code. Now the air suspension should raise the vehicle after the engine is started. Keep all doors and lift gate closed.

    • Six Year Old Weight = 10lbs (4.5kg)
    • 5th Percentile Female Weight = 52lbs (24kg)
    • The total weight of the tool is 99lbs (45kg)
  • Seat Replacement
    • Worked on: 2007 Jeep Wrangler
    • Didn’t work on: 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
    • After seat replacement got VIN Mismatch code/ Calibration not performed.
    • Calibrated the seat to get rid of that code.
  • 📎 Used ORC Programming | 2016 Grand Cherokee, 2017 Promaster
    • ORC: B2204-00 ECU Configuration mismatch

      • SRS ➱ Special Functions ➱ Set VIN ➱ failed. Couldn’t rewrite VIN.
        • Rewriting VIN in two locations from ORC 95640 EEPROM dump doesn’t fix B2204 code.
